TERMS & CONDITIONS EXTRA COVERAGE ON YOUR WEDDING DAY THAT EXCEEDS THE CHOSEN COVERAGE IS R2000 PER HOUR. A 50% PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. THE BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED BY THE CLIENT AND NOT RESCHEDULED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. RESCHEDULED DATES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. BALANCE OWING TO BE PAID 1 WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. FOR PACKAGES 2-4 PLEASE PROVIDE SEATING AND MEALS FOR TWO PERSONS (MYSELF & SECOND SHOOTER). FOR WEDDINGS THAT EXTEND BEYOND 19:000 PM AND ARE OUTSIDE THE DURBAN AREA, ACCOMMODATION WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR MYSELF AND MY SECOND SHOOTER. THIS PROVISION IS IMPLEMENTED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND COMFORT OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM DURING TRAVEL, ALLOWING US TO FULLY DOCUMENT EVERY CHERISHED MOMENT OF YOUR SPECIAL DAY. COVERAGE OF GROOM GETTING READY IS ONLY IF POSSIBLE, WITHIN PRACTICAL DISTANCE FROM BRIDE GETTING READY. WHILE YOUR PRIVACY IS RESPECTED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO USE SELECTED PHOTOS FOR SELF PROMOTION AND MARKETING PURPOSES. Here are some notes for your photoshoot: What to wear: If you have booked a family shoot or couples shoot, matching plain colours are best. Please avoid big brand names or busy patterns. Maternity Photoshoots: For maternity photoshoots please bring along your scan, a toy or little shoes if possible. Weather restrictions: If there is rain or strong winds predicted, we will need to postpone your date. Late Arrivals: Kindly arrive on time for your photoshoot. For beach photoshoots we start early to get the best light. If you do run late, please note this will affect the quantity of images you receive. If you are later than 30 minutes for family or maternity photoshoot, the photoshoot will be cancelled, and you will need to rebook your photoshoot with a late arrival fee of R250. Late arrivals for events: If an event starts later than the agreed coverage time, no refunds will be issued and your coverage time will not be extended. If you need to postpone your date, please let me know 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Images are sent via a professional online gallery approximately 2 weeks after your photoshoot. Please note I do not give out unedited images.
